Congratulations to our LCCHS students who were selected to participate in the Lewis & Clark Honor Band. The 9/10 and 11/12 concerts were held today at Wayne State College! Mrs. Patti Beyeler is our Director of Bands at LCC.

LCC School has canceled classes for today, Friday, January 19th. Unfortunately, many county roads significantly drifted overnight and conditions remain uncertain and dangerous for bus and vehicle travel. Announcements to be made later today regarding evening/weekend activities.
LCC School will have a 2-hour late start tomorrow, Friday, January 19th, due to blowing snow and poor road conditions.
No AM Preschool or Breakfast.
Buses will run accordingly, but only on passable roads.
Updates will be posted as determined.

Girls/Boys Basketball Games scheduled for tonight @ Battle Creek have been postponed due to weather. Tentatively the games have been moved to Friday, January 19th, weather permitting. Further information will be communicated.
Due to wintry weather conditions including a Winter Storm Warning and forecasted high winds, LCC School is dismissing all students EARLY today, Thursday, January 18th at 1:30 pm. Buses will run accordingly. No afternoon preschool. No evening activities.

LCC School will be IN SESSION with a regular Wednesday schedule tomorrow, Jan 17th (2:00 PM Dismissal)! Busing as scheduled, however, travel only on passable country roads. Families may need to make alternate arrangements with route drivers or to transport students to school.
High School Girls/Boys basketball games originally scheduled for January 16th @ Hartington-Newcastle have been rescheduled. Unfortunately due to lack of available dates for both schools, Girls Lewis & Clark Tournament, and Sub Districts starting earlier than the Boys, the rescheduled contest will be Boys JV/V ONLY starting @ 6:00 PM @ Hartington-Newcastle on February 12th.
GB/BB/JV/V Basketball games scheduled for Tuesday, January 16 @ Hartington Newcastle have been postponed. A reschedule date is TBD.
While county and country roads have improved, conditions will not yet allow for safe transportation of all students. Therefore, there will be No School for all LCC students tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16th. No school events or activities.
Junior High Girls/Boys basketball games scheduled for January 16th @ Homer, have been postponed. Make up date is TBD.
TEAMMATES NIGHT is scheduled for Thursday, January 25th during the home basketball contest vs. Wakefield. A walking taco meal will be served that evening in the multi-purpose area. Come and support the LCC TeamMates program!
