Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School

On Tuesday, April 22nd, the LCC track and field team competed at the home meet in Laurel. It was a perfect day for the track team. For the boys: Jaylen Carpenter -5th in shot put, Dreyson Puppe -6th in high jump, Carter Korth -4th in the 800, Dreyson Puppe -1st in the 110 hurdles. For the boys relays: Hunter McGhee, Carter Korth, Hunter Benson, Ian Sohler -4th in the 4x4 Relay; Shane Langford, Sebastian Van Drongelen, Hunter Benson, and Carter Korth -4th in the 4x8 Relay. The boys finished 7th as a team. For the girls: Tali Erwin -1st in high jump, Carlie Kvols -2nd in the 800, Kate Tasler -4th in the 1600, Faith Galvin -4th in the 3200. For the relays: Hattie McCorkingdale, Taelynn Settje, Grace Galvin, and Jolynn Kinkaid -4th in the 4x1 Relay; Hattie McCorkindale, Tali Erwin, Kate Tasler, and Carlie Kvols -4th in the 4x4 Relay; Carlie Kvols, Tyler Recob, Justice Olson, Kate Tasler -4th in the 4x8 Relay. The girls finished 6th as a team.
