On Friday, April 4th, the LCC Track and Field team traveled to Plainview. It was a cold and wet day, but the team still managed to show their talent. For the boys Dreyson Puppe got 1st in the 110 hurdles, and the boys were 11th overall. For the girls: Laney Folkers - 5th in triple jump, Taelynn Settje -5th in long jump Tali Erwin - 2nd in high jump, Kate Tasler -3rd in the 1600, Faith Galvin - 6th in the 1600, Faith Galvin - 4th in the 3200, Ava Christiansen -6th in the 3200. For the girls relays: Hattie McCorkindale, Taelynn Settje, Carlie Kvols, and Tali Erwin - 5th in the 4x100 Relay, Carlie Kvols, Hattie McCorkindale, Tyler Recob and Kate Tasler - 4th in the 4x400 Relay, and Kate Tasler, Addy Hoeppner, Tyler Recob, and Carlie Kvols -3rd in the 4x800 Relay. The girls were 6th for overall.
