On January 18th, 2025, the LCC Speech team traveled to the Praktice Makes Perfect meet in Wisner, Nebraska. Eleven LCC students competed on Saturday. Placing in the meet were: Emma Sohler and Kolten Settje, first overall in duet, Laney Folkers, second overall in Serious Prose, and Kolten Settje, fourth overall in Humorous Prose.
