Leaves are falling and harvest time is upon us. The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge FFA test plot is ready to be harvested. This year the FFA Chapter had a corn and soybean test plot. Members of the chapter had the chance to research different planting depths, row spacing, fertilizer, and fungicides for the test plots. Jon Graham, Scott Taylor, and Lucus Miller are two very important community members when discussing our test plot. The chapter also has a variety of other agriculture businesses that help out with the success of the test plot. The profit made off of the test plots goes towards FFA scholarships and the FFA Chapter.
