It was a beautiful but really, really windy day for a run at cross country Districts. The runners who qualified for state this year are Preston Rose with a 17:46 and a 3rd place finish; Kate Tasler ran a 21:35 and placed 14th. State cross country will be held on October 25 in Kearney at the Meadowlark Hills Golf Course. Preston’s race will be at 2:30, and Kate’s race will be at 3:30. This happens to be on a Friday where school is not in session, so try to make it down to Kearney to watch and make sure you buy tickets online in advance.
